Landlane Capital has raised acquisition financing from ABN AMRO bank for the acquisition of Turf Tick

 YES Corporate Finance acted as advisor to Landlane Capital in attracting the acquisition financing, including the financing memorandum and financial model. In addition, YES has supported in the discussions and negotiations with the house bank, ABN AMRO bank. The transaction was successfully completed on April 1.
