Jürg Kurmann M&A has advised SunTechnics Fabrisolar AG, a leading provider of planning and installation services for photovoltaic systems, in a competitive sales process. We identified potential strategic buyers, negotiated with selected targets and provided comprehensive advise to the former shareholders. The process was closed with the sale to ewz (Elektrizitaetswerke Zurich) in January 2017.
