Pluradent Group Acquired shares in Meditrans Sp. z o.o. duriung the second stage of the transaction.
CMT Advisory represented Meditrans in sale process to Pluradent Group. Meditrans (established in 1991) is a provider of dental instruments and supplies operating in Poland. The acquiring company, Pluradent, is a distributor of dental supplies headquartered in Germany, with revenues of EUR 300m and 30 branches across the country and abroad. Pluradent not only provides instruments and materials to dentists, clinics and laboratories, but also, based on its expertise in the industry, offers a wide range of consulting services.
