Evergreen Packaging (“Evergreen” or “the Company”) has successfully completed the sale of its business to Southern Champion Tray, a leading manufacturer of fiber-based products and packaging solutions. Diamond Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to the Company and negotiated the transaction.
Evergreen, founded in 2001, is a bakery, deli, food service, and wholesale packaging provider with a predominant market presence in California. The Company produces the pink donut boxes that are ubiquitous in Southern California.
