Los Angeles Magazine (“LA Magazine” or “the Company”), and its affiliate publications including Orange Coast Magazine and Pasadena Magazine, have successfully completed the sale of its business to Engine Vision Media, a company started by prominent attorneys Mark Geragos and Ben Meiselas.
Diamond Capital Advisors served as investment banker to LA Magazine. Diamond Capital Advisors’ deal team, led by Managing Partner David Herman, included Shawn Thompson and Anna Halloran Jacob.
