Grupo Nación de Comunicaciones acquired Multimedia S.A. (Paraguay). Multimedia S.A. is comprised of the Diario “Popular”, the Diario Digital “HOY” and the internet radio station “Laser Stream”. This Transaction will enhance Multimedia’s product offering of newspapers, with the integration of the highest selling newspaper in the country, Diario “Popular”, which will further consolidate the circulation of Grupo Nación de Comunicaciones.
