Dr. Sarah Atkinson, owner, Director and Principal Investigator of FLCR will continue in the same clinical capacity going forward.
Diamond’s deal team was led by Michael Brunelle and John L. Cohn, each Managing Directors. Diamond executed a competitive and successful blind auction process culminating in the sale to ERG.
Finger Lakes Clinical Research, located in Rochester NY, is a highly regarded single site outpatient clinical research facility specializing in disorders of the Central Nervous System. The clinical trials encompass a broad range of illnesses including anxiety disorders, ADHD, major depression, bipolar (manic/depressive) illness and schizophrenia.
ERG, headquartered in New Providence, NJ is the largest independent clinical research site company in the U.S., and a leader in early and late phase CNS Study execution. Linden Capital Partners is a Chicago based private equity firm specializing in healthcare industry investments.
