Sale of Samsa to publicly listed Attendo. Samsa is a Swedish provider of care services for functionally disabled with sales of approx EUR15m and +15% EBITDA margin. We sold the business to Attendo, which is a publicly listed Nordic healthcare services company. The transaction was closed in July 2016.
