We advised Swedish PBM (a psychology / psychiatry player) on the acquisition of a psychiatry peer in Sweden

We have a mandate to sell Swedish PBM when the time is right. PBM provides psychology / psychiatry services (mainly CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) based) for prevention and treatment of mental illness (fatigue, pain, depression etc.). Until PBM is ready to be sold, we are also advising them on potential acquistions. In 2018 we advised them on the acquistion of a regional psychiatry player which extended PBM’s geographic presence in Sweden.
