Matt joined FRP in 2024 and is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.
He has been working in M&A since 2021 providing both M&A and private capital advisory services to a collection of early stage and mature businesses. He has a wide variety of experience across the technology, business services and consumer spaces.
Matt recently assisted with sale of an IT Managed Services and Cybersecurity Provider, as well as a number of private capital raises in the FinTech space, including the sale of venture assets to a secondaries fund.
