Alberto has more than 25 years of professional advisory experience, M&A and Corporate Strategy, with a particular expertise in family owned businesses. He has advised on both national and International deals, including originating, negotiating and structuring mergers and acquisitions transactions. He built up his professional career in the auditing and consulting areas with Arthur Andersen for 18 years where he was promoted to partner. Following that he founded BK&L, a boutique specialized in strategic advisory and M&A. In 2009 this boutique was integrated into Ineo Corporate, focused on corporate assessment, which has been an AICA member since 2014.
He is an Economics and Business Sciences graduate from the Autonomus University of Barcelona and PADE from IESE Business School. He was an Associated Lecture in the Business department at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in the areas of Strategic Management and Management Control. He has been Director of Farggi, a Spanish leader in the ice cream sector, Zanini Auto Grup, an international automotive parts manufacturer; and Grupo Guasch, a textile manufacturer, and is currently Director of GME which operates in the energy sector.
