Alexandre Odin

Alexandre is a Partner of DDA and Company, LLC and the Head of the Paris office. Alex started his career with IT company GSI UK Ltd where he was responsible for conducting technical and financial audits in relation to IT Facilities Management and Outsourcing contracts. From 1994 through 2000, he was a deal maker with Regent Associates Ltd, an investment banking boutique specialized in technology transactions, where he also was instrumental in setting-up and developing the French Paris-based activities. While at Regent, Alexandre advised on more than 20 closed transactions, most of which were cross-border transactions. In 2001, he was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Bryan, Garnier & Co., an independent pan-European investment bank focused on growth companies in Technology, Media & Telecom, Health & Life Sciences and Renewable Energies. He joined forces with Didier Choix in 2002 to set-up DDA’s Paris office and bolster the firm’s activities in Europe. Alexandre has a wealth of experience in cross-border transactions and is a specialist in high-tech, IT, or healthcare sectors. He has also developed a particular expertise on restructuring deals for large international corporations. He has his Undergraduate degree in business management and administration and Master’s degree in information systems.
