Anthony Wimbush

Anthony joined DDA & Company in 2009 as a Director. He left his native Scotland in 1986 to go to Oxford University (Worcester College). He then followed a three year European masters course at EAP management school (now part of ESCP Europe) spending one year in Paris and another in Berlin. In 1996 he began his career at Societe Generale where he spent 7 years, of which 2 in Paris and 5 in the Corporate Finance department in London (SG Hambros). Returning to France in 2002, Anthony co-founded Epsilon Finance, an entrepreneurial company in the M&A service sector, and helped establish Epsilon Research, the first research house to specialise in private company transaction analysis. In 2006, Anthony became a consultant with One Equity Strategy, a boutique advisory firm specialising in LBO’s and cross-border M&A transactions for international corporations, before joining DDA & Company. Anthony is bilingual in French and English, speaks fluent German and has significant experience in private equity and cross-border transactions in a diverse range of industrial and service sectors with a particular focus on TMT and IT services.
