Arne Tödt

Arne has more than 25 years of professional corporate finance (M&A and financing) experience with a particular expertise in the digital media and information technology sector. Prior to founding ARTHOS in 2003, Arne Tödt worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in London and Commerzbank in Frankfurt. During this time, he advised medium-sized and international corporate clients concerning a variety of M&A and capital market transactions. From 2014 till 2018, Arne has been a member of AICAs Board of Directors, of which he has been chairman from 2016 til 2018. Since 2008 he is a member of M&A Alumni Deutschland e.V., the largest organisation of M&A related advisory service professionals in Germany. Arne holds an MBA degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University (Frankfurt) and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Westfälische Wilhelms-University (Münster).
