Arno Pätzold

Arno built up a strong international M&A track record over more than 25 years on the buy- as well as on the sell-side. He executed projects starting with the strategy phase until and including the successful integration. Prior to joining ARTHOS, Arno was responsible for M&A in several leading Industry and High-Tech companies (Siemens AG, BSH Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH, Infineon Technologies AG and AUGUSTA Technologie AG). Furthermore, he served as a Supervisory Board Member of technology companies. In total, he managed to close more than 100 transactions so far. Arno studied electrical engineering and business administration at the Technical University in Darmstadt.
