Cordell Berge

Cordell Berge founded Acquisitions Northwest (ANI) in 1974 and was a co-founder of AICA in 2009.  Over the years, ANI has completed nearly 300 lower-end, middle market transactions. Focus is on sell-side private or family-held companies, usually manufacturing oriented. Have also represented public companies in divestitures (e.g., engaged by General Electric to sell INOVEC division).  Majority of our projects are regional (Northwest U.S.).  Have been involved in several international transactions (e.g. sold client to one of the largest food companies in Russia in 2021).  Was a member of IMAP from 1986 to 2009, serving as President/Chairman twice and serving on the board for over a decade.  Founded ACG Portland and received ACG Meritorious Service Award in 2002.
