Danny Vannevel

Danny is his whole career active in M&A, starting in a investment company at GIMV, then switching to the corporate finance department of a leading Belgian accountant, which was taken over by Deloitte. In 2000, joined VD&P where he worked as well on the sell side as on the buy side for typically family owned businesses in all kind of M&A transactions, local and international. Danny has realised several transactions in the food industry and the construction sector, sectors where he seats in some boards of directors or advisory boards.
