Darren Miller

Darren has joined Spectrum Corporate Finance in 2014, which became part of  FRP in 2021. He has been advising entrepreneurs and their businesses on a wide variety of deals for over 25 years.  He is very experienced in transactions involving Private Equity and has a particular focus on guiding owner managers through succession planning. Prior to joining Spectrum, Darren was a Corporate Finance Partner at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, RSM Tenon and most recently at Baker Tilly, where he led their M&A team across the Southampton and Reading markets.
