David Herman

David Herman is the Founding Partner of Diamond Capital Advisors. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Mosaic Capital, a partner at West Coast Capital, a Director in the Los Angeles office of Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin and a partner at Chelsea Capital Corporation. David understands business from the viewpoint of the owner and entrepreneur, having served as President and CEO for 15 years of Perfect Parts, Inc., a manufacturer of automotive parts. He successfully sold the company’s two divisions to Moog Automotive and to the A.P.S. Division of Wickes. He also bought a cosmetics company and after growing it for four years, sold it to a corporate buyer. His operational and transactional experience gives him invaluable insight advising business owners how to maximize their own company’s value. He earned a JD from New York University School of Law, and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis. David was a member of Vistage for 16 years, and he is licensed as a registered representative with the NASD.
