Didier Choix is the founder and Managing Member of DDA and Company, LLC; Didier has been in the M&A business since the mid-1980’s. During his career, he has initiated or been involved in deals of all sizes and in any type of industry but with a focus on cross-border transactions. Didier is based in New York. Before setting up DDA in 1995, he was Managing Director of Harbourton Enterprises, LLC (Princeton, New Jersey), a merchant banking boutique specialized in the financial services industry.
He was also CEO of Independence Funding Company, a non-bank lender to small businesses based in Dallas, Texas. (1992-1995). From 1986 to 1992, he held various positions with The Fairchild Corporation, including Corporate Vice President in charge of the M&A department. From 1982 through 1984, he was with Bankers Trust Company (Paris, France) where he developed an expertise in evaluating companies. He has earned his Undergraduate degrees in business and accounting & tax law (1982) and MBA (with distinction) from the Wharton School (1986).
