He has been a chartered accountant for over 30 years, specialising in taxation, management, M&A restructuring, and funding (equity and debt).He was senior tax partner and managing partner at PKF Sydney.For the last 13 years he has been a director of and/or advisor to, and shareholder in, various private and listed resources, IT and technology companies.Graham has significant practical experience in M&A, equity and debt finance, management, valuations, due diligence and corporate transactions.
