Henrik Westling

Henrik joined Evli in May 2002 following Evli’s acquisition of Arthur Andersen’s Nordic Corporate Finance operations. Since joining Evli Henrik has had a particular focus on the healthcare industry. He has completed more than 50 transactions in the healthcare space – mainly transactions with EV €10 – 100m. He has experience in several healthcare verticals including healthcare / social care services, pharma, medtech / medical devices as well as life science products / services. Particularly in the medtech / medical devices and life science products / services segments he has significant experience from cross-border transactions within Europe as well as with the USA.
