Juerg Kurmann

Juerg joined H&P as an Associate Partner in 2018 and as of 2021 became a member of H&P’s Board of Directors. Before joining H&P, he was the founder and Managing Partner of a midsize Swiss M&A boutique for about 30 years. He holds an MBA and in his early professional life he held operational and corporate development management positions in the international airfreight charter business and electro components industry. He has lived in Switzerland, Luxembourg, UK and Nigeria. His M&A practice was always strongly based on his management experience. Juerg has advised close to 100 transactions on buy and sell side covering all industries with particular expertise in the Life Sciences sector and assumed also executive functions in restructuring projects. He speaks German, English and French.
