Ken is a senior partner with Sequeira Partners and a co-founder of the firm. He is a respected authority on middle market corporate finance transactions with over 25 years of experience advising clients in Canada.
He has completed a wide range of transactions in the industrial, distribution, manufacturing and diversified sectors. He advises clients on all aspects of transaction advisory services including business sales, valuations, succession planning and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Ken led the corporate finance practice for a global accounting firm in British Columbia. His experience spans both large and small companies, including management positions at an entrepreneurial public company. He currently serves on the advisory board of several private companies.
