Lieven has a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences / Finance (Antwerp) and a Bachelor’s degree in Textile technology (Ghent). He also followed the Advanced Management Programme at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. After a career as a freelance journalist during his studies, Lieven became a co-founder of PR Force NV in 1993. After the sale of PR Force to a listed communication group in London in 2002, he became managing director and then country CEO of respectively Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Trimedia and Grayling. As a consultant, Lieven was involved in more than 25 equity capital markets transactions and still is as a strategic communications and investor relations expert. Lieven also has a Real Estate Agent accreditation (BIV: 506512, mandatory in Belgium).
Lieven joined VD&P Corporate Finance in 2010.
