Luciana Doria Wilson is a seasoned finance executive and M&A advisor with over two decades of experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, capital markets, and corporate governance. She is currently a Partner at Managrow, a financial boutique and member of the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA), focused on cross-border transactions and middle-market clients.
She began her career as an investment banker, working in equity research and corporate finance at leading global institutions including Santander, HSBC, JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, and Itaú BBA UBB, with a focus on real estate, infrastructure, and regulated industries across Latin America.
Luciana held executive roles at two publicly listed companies: Gafisa S.A. (NYSE: GFA) – as Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations, and Saraiva S.A. (B3: SLED) – as Executive Director for Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets. In these roles, she led major M&A transactions, IPOs, strategic divestitures, and capital raises totaling over $1.5 billion.
She is a co-founding member of AICA and served as its Treasurer, playing a key role in shaping the network’s financial governance and international expansion. In 2022, she joined the Board of Directors of AICA, where she contributes to strategic oversight and global development.
Luciana also serves on the boards and audit/fiscal committees of several publicly traded companies, including: Vivo (Telefônica Brasil S.A.) – Telecom & Technology; Mills S.A. – Industrial Services; Ânima Educação S.A. – Education; Priner S.A. – Engineering & Maintenance; Eztec S.A. – Real Estate. Previous board roles include Fleury S.A., Camil Alimentos S.A., Smartcoat S.A., and Enel S.A.
She holds a BS in Economics (FEA-PUC), a BS in Accounting (FIPECAFI-USP), and a Master’s in Finance (BSP). She earned an Executive Certificate in Corporate Innovation and Leadership from Stanford GSB, where she received the Intellectual Contribution Award.
Of Portuguese Sephardic Jewish heritage, Luciana is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and an active member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD), Dell Women Entrepreneurs Network (DWEN) Stanford Women on Boards, Stanford WIN, and Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs.
She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and has basic proficiency in Hebrew. Based in São Paulo, she works closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate leaders across the Americas and Europe.
