Mark McRae

Mark has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring engagements. He helps clients to structure and negotiate debt and equity capital raises; assess transaction options; and execute merger, acquisition, divestiture, and restructuring transactions.  Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Mark worked in corporate development and strategic planning for a major utility. He also executed energy services transactions as a senior associate in the mergers and acquisitions group of Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance.
