Patrice Guiol

Patrice founded Alpax Inc. in 2003 after 20 years of successful experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in Latin America, including: 5 years with ING as Head of the Latin American Mergers & Acquisition Group based in New York; 8 years with Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) where he was Head of Financial Advisory Services for Latin America and Africa; and 7 years with JP Morgan. In 1982, he initiated JP Morgans Mergers and Acquisitions activities in Latin America. Patrice holds a masters degree in corporate law from Universit? de Paris II Assas and a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the Institut dEtudes Politiques de Paris. He is a CPA and is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Patrice also understands Portuguese.
