Patrick Seese

Patrick has been an owner and a Managing Director of Integris Partners, a middle-market investment banking firm, since February 2008. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Headwaters MB (a middle-market investing banking firm), worked in Credit Suisse First Boston’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group, and served as Head of Corporate Development for Katy Industries, a publicly traded industrial and consumer products company. Patrick began his career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Most recently, he either led or was co-lead in the following consumer products transactions: Kwik Tek, Ameristep, Magpul, and Boa Technologies. He was co-lead in the successful Actagro process in the agriculture sector, and led and was co-lead in JD Clark and Accruit, respectively. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is one of the founders of The Mile High Five Foundation (MH5), a charity dedicated to funding youth/health-related organizations, and has been an Independent Trustee of the ALPS Series Trust since October 30, 2012.
