Paul Chameli

Paul is a Managing Director of EdgePoint. In this role, he is responsible for origination and execution of merger and acquisition and financing transactions. Prior to joining EdgePoint, Paul worked in middle market investment banking at regional firms and was a member of the corporate development team at Wabtec Corporation (NYSE: WAB). While at Wabtec, he managed the execution of domestic and cross-border acquisition transactions and joint venture partnerships. Paul earned a law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and an MBA / BBA from St. Bonaventure University. He is a licensed securities representative, holding the Series 79 and 63 licenses, as well as a licensed attorney and CPA (inactive) in the State of New York.
