Born in 1987, Paweł is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. He has been active in the M&A and corporate finance space since 2010. His core focus is advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong track record across Poland and internationally.
Paweł is responsible for originating deals, building long-term client relationships, price negotiations, and leading end-to-end M&A processes. His sector focus is primarily on technology – in particular IT services and product-based companies, including SaaS. He has also advised clients in other industries such as manufacturing, e-commerce, and retail.
He has a broad investor network, with particularly strong relationships across the Polish private equity ecosystem.
