Russ Warren

Russ has specialized in corporate financial services for 40 plus years advising hundreds of clients from North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East on mid-market transactions. He was president of The TransAction Group for 21 years and prior to that was partner-in-charge of M&A Services at now Ernst & Young.  He was president of Association for Corporate Growth, and was a director of a private equity firm. He has written articles for and been a featured participant in industry roundtables published by Mergers & Acquisitions. Russ holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
