Simon is an experienced (old!) corporate finance adviser who has held previous senior roles at EY (including one year in Singapore), Bank of Scotland (structured lending), PwC and Grant Thornton, as well as establishing two CF boutiques; DHD in 1997, selling in 2001 to RSM, and Spectrum CF in 2010 which was sold to FRP Advisory Group plc in 2021. The business is now a national CF boutique alongside FRP’s other service lines (Recovery/Administration) and is c.90 people in Lead Advisory and Debt Advisory, having recently made acquisitions of CF boutiques in Cardiff, Wales (Lexington CF) and Newcastle (Williams Ali CF).
