Steve Jacobs

Steve, President and Co-Founder of BCC Advisers, Steve specializes in merger and acquisition services, assisting shareholders and managers in identifying and accomplishing ownership transfer, business acquisition, corporate finance, and business planning objectives. With more than 50 years of experience in the financial services industry, Steve has extensive experience structuring and negotiating transactions and advising companies on financial matters. He works with business owners in a variety of industries and markets worldwide. Steve serves as a board member of Employers Mutual Casualty Insurance Company, president and board member of the Iowa Scottish Rite Masonic Foundation, and board member of the UCC Endowment. He is an active member of Plymouth Congregational Church, co-founder of the Transition-Into-Ministry program, and member of multiple nonprofit and service organizations. Steve earned his B.S. and M.B.A. from Drake University and is a licensed real estate broker in Iowa and Missouri.
