Tom Cavanagh

Tom specializes in assisting business owners and managers in identifying and accomplishing their business transfer goals. He is also responsible for managing BCC’s collaboration with international colleagues on global assignments. Tom is a shareholder of BCC Advisers and serves as Treasurer of AICA. Tom is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a licensed Iowa Real Estate Agent, and a Registered Representative with StillPoint Capital, LLC, licensed to deal in securities relating to business transfer and corporate finance engagements. He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and forums on merger and acquisition issues. Tom is an alumnus of the University of Northern Iowa and earned his M.B.A. at Drake University. He is a founding board member of Morsel Combat, LLC, an active supporter of Meals from the Heartland, a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, a graduate of the Leadership Iowa class of 2014 and is involved in numerous other non-profit and professional organizations.
