Tom Cavanagh

Tom specializes in assisting business owners and managers across a wide range of industries with identifying and accomplishing their ownership transfer or business acquisition goals. He utilizes a variety of M&A processes tailored to the objective of each transaction and also manages BCC’s collaboration with international colleagues on global assignments. Tom is a shareholder of BCC Advisers and serves as treasurer of AICA. He serves on the board of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry, is licensed in Iowa as a real estate broker-officer, and a registered representative with StillPoint Capital, LLC, licensed to deal in securities related to business transfer and corporate finance engagements. Tom is an alumnus of the University of Northern Iowa and earned his M.B.A. from Drake University.
