Alain Sitbon

After more than 10 years as Managing Director at Financière de Courcelles, Alain SITBON joined DDA & Company as a Partner in September 2017.  After graduating from Paris-Dauphine University, Alain started his carreer at Deloitte & Touche as an auditor, before specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions within the Corporate Finance team. In 2000, Alain founded his first company, providing online training and formation, then he launched a specialized retail brand which he sold a majority stake to a major industry player in 2006.  In 2007, Alain joined Financière de Courcelles to be in charge and coordinate deal executions in various industries. He is has the repsonsibility to develop the “Marketing, Media & Communication » practice. Some of his major transactions include advising 3SI group (formerly « 3 Suisses International ») in the disposal of its communication agency “Cité Numérique”, he also advised Cabestan shareholders in the sale to Mediapost, June Marketing (marketing statistics) shareholders in an OBO deal and various strategic acquisitions, Mondial Relay in the acquisition of Girard Agediss, and he advised Silfox management in their OBO sponsored by Isatis Capital & Siparex Mezzanine.
