Sunil Gulati

Sunil Gulati brings to bear three decades of experience in the banking industry both in India and overseas across investment banking, corporate finance, financial management, risk management and corporate strategy. Previously Sunil was Head – Risk & Strategy at Ratnakar Bank. Prior to Ratnakar Bank, he was at Yes Bank, where he headed wholesale banking including Corporate & Institutional Banking, Emerging Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, International Banking and Business Advisory for over four years. Sunil has also worked in GE Commercial Finance as Head and ING Group between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that he was with Bank of America for 12 years in Investment banking in India and abroad. During this period, Bank of America was consistently rated as among the best corporate finance banks and M&A advisors during this period. Sunil holds a B.Tech in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (1982) and is a Gold Medalist from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1984).
