Claudia leads the Corporate Finance and M&A Activities at Hoffman & Partner. She advises small and mid sized enterprises on all corporate finance related topics, in particular acquisitions and disposals as well as capital raising.
Before joining Hoffmann & Partner, Claudia worked for Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in London. She returned to Switzerland in 2005 where she worked for several Corporate Finance Boutiques, amongst them and most recently, Remaco in Basel, where she was a member of the executive management and head of the Corporate Finance team. She has over 15 years of experience in M&A advisory and specialized knowledge of structured financing. Her expertise covers a broad range of industries and also includes complex cross-border transactions.
