Matthew Bodenstedt

Matt is responsible for advising the firm’s Healthcare clients in matters related to mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions. Over his 30-year healthcare career, Matt held leadership positions in Finance, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development and Operations, including as General Manager of multiple post-acute care business lines with combined revenue in excess of $100 million. His transaction experience includes buy and sell-side M&A, joint ventures, and strategic affiliations across a broad spectrum of healthcare services. Matt earned his MBA degree from the University of Michigan and his BBA in Finance from the University of Toledo. He holds Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
