Oliver Wunderle is CFO and Account Manager at Hoffmann & Partner, specialising in due diligence and valuation issues in relation to corporate acquisitions and disposals. He also advises clients on complex financial and accounting issues.
Oliver Wunderle joined Hoffmann & Partner in 2011. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Deloitte in Basel and Zurich, with four years in auditing followed by a period in the mergers and acquisitions department. Oliver Wunderle has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including the management of teams for large projects. His experience also includes due diligence projects (acquisition and disposal) for domestic and international clients in various industries, and the valuation of companies including purchase price allocations and restricted audits.
After graduating from the Business School in Lörrach, Oliver Wunderle studied economics at the University of Basel where he specialised in financial markets, corporate finance, global economy and development.
