Fabian is founding shareholder and CEO of ABACUS Corporate Finance GmbH and since 2002 in the international M&A and investment business. Prior to founding ABACUS Corporate Finance GmbH, Fabian spent eight years developing and managing Mergers & Acquisitions for a medium-sized M&A advisor.
During this time, he was invited as a partner by the international M&A network AICA, and from that time he has a network of independent transaction consultants in almost all major markets worldwide at his disposal. Prior to that, Fabian spent six years as an investment manager with on of the largest private equity funds focused in growth capital, where he oversaw investments in medical technology and as an associate for a international investment banking boutique.
