Domenico Blyth

Domenico is Founder and Managing Director of ABACUS Corporate Finance Oy, based in Helsinki (Finland). Prior to founding the ABACUS office in the Nordics in 2018, Domenico spent ten years in different fields of consultancy. In his earlier consultancy years, Domenico was also active in restructuring where he gained valuable experience in the identification of company potentials and in operational restructuring (incl. German Insolvency cases). Thereafter, together with Fabian Durst, he developed the business of a medium-sized M&A boutique in Germany. As M&A Advisor and Interim Manager Domenico has successfully accompanied more than 50 national and international M&A transactions in various industries. Today, Domenico’s focus lies on transaction advisory for entrepreneurs and investors as well as on the development of corporate strategies. Domenico speaks English, German and Italian.
