Adam has worked on several sell-side transactions across a variety of industries since joining Metronome Partners in 2011. In his current role as Managing Director, Adam leads all deals out of the Chicago office with Jeff Rosenkranz. He has worked for a number of entrepreneurs/family businesses as well as many sponsor-backedbusinesses, selling companies to both financial and strategic buyers for over 13 years.
Prior to joining Metronome Partners, Adam worked on a wide range of M&A transactions at Dresner Partners, a boutique investment bank in Chicago. At Dresner, Adam worked closely with a number of privately-held companies, spanning several industries, primarily providing sell-side advisory services. Adam began his professional career with CIT Group’s Healthcare M&A group, where he supported senior bankers in providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
Adam graduated with honors earning his B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Adam enjoys sailing and is a passionate fan of both the New England Patriots and of the University of Michigan football teams. He lives in downtown Chicago, Illinois.
