Mark Naughton

I lead the Corporate Finance team in the South West and Wales for FRP Advisory, having more than 25 years Corporate Finance experience gained from a number of roles across FRP, Grant Thornton and PwC across the UK. I left PwC in 1999 to establish a dedicated Corporate Finance team at Grant Thornton Bristol and then continued with the Private Equity team in London from 2002-04 and then Southampton from 2004-07 before returning to Bristol in 2007 to lead the team. In 2012 I also took on the role of National Head of the Healthcare Corporate Finance team for Grant Thornton. In July 2017 I joined FRP Advisory to establish and lead the Corporate Finance team in the South West and Wales. I specialise in advising companies and shareholders on their strategic options. This may include: • working with shareholders and the Company to prepare a business for sale, identify the buyer and maximise value • working with companies to identify and unlock acquisition opportunities and negotiate the transaction • working with management teams to effect an MBO of their business raise finance for companies for development capital, acquisitions funding or working capital
