Daniel joined FRP in 2021 and is a Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Manchester office. He has been working with M&A since 2011, and has gained extensive experience working at two of the UK’s top 10 accountancy firms.
He is a specialist in advising mid-market businesses on strategic transactions including sales, acquisitions, management buyout and buy-ins, private equity and debt fundraising.
His previous assignments involve a number of private equity funded buyout transactions, including the sale of a cloud hosting technology business and the acquisition of a market leading supplier of bathroom and kitchen products.
