Adrian Alexander

Adrian has over 35 years’ corporate finance experience advising on buying and selling companies, management buyouts, raising finance and deal support services including valuations. He also specialises in alternative exit strategies such as ‘Two Step Exits’. He has worked on numerous mandates in the South East of the United Kingdom. Adrian was awarded ‘Corporate Finance Adviser of the year ’ in 2019 and 2024’ at the South East Insider Deal Awards. Adrian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification.
