Nick Lovelock

Nick joined FRP’s Brighton office as a Senior Manager in 2010, initially in the Restructuring Advisory team, before moving into Corporate Finance in 2017. He has worked in restructuring advisory since the mid-1990s and has a wide variety of experience, carrying out an extensive range of assignments covering formal restructuring – solvent and insolvent, and trading and non-trading – and accelerated mergers and acquisitions. Since specialising in corporate finance, his main areas of work have been in sales and acquisitions, valuation, finance raising, and alternative strategy work.
