Sam supports the firm’s mergers and acquisitions team by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data used in the development of M&A intelligence and client-ready deliverables. He assists senior deal professionals with industry and company research, financial analysis, and the preparation of transaction materials, helping provide accurate, execution-ready analysis throughout the transaction process. An associate at BCC, Sam earned his B.S. from Iowa State University and his Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis from Creighton University.
