Andy Spears

Andy has over 10 years of transaction services and investment banking experience serving middle market and lower-middle market clients. Prior to joining CCA, he was with HighBank Advisors and Janney Montgomery Scott, advising on business services M&A transactions. He began his career at PwC as part of their Transaction Services team, specializing in distressed and turnaround transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University.
